加强环境监测对客观评价环境状况、反映污染治理成效、实施环境管理与决策具有重要意义。以往我国环境监测设备主要依赖进口，价格昂贵、维护成本高、监测指标受限，不能满足我国环境业务化监测及科学研究需要。本方向围绕水、大气、土壤及地下水环境在线监测的关键难题，经过近10年理论创新、技术突破及推广应用的系统研究，构建了自动进样与前处理、检测方法、设备集成三大核心技术体系，研制出具有自主知识产权、符合国家标准要求的系列智能化自动监测设备及监控预警系统，实现了产业化。

  Strengthening environmental monitoring is of great significance to objectively evaluate environmental conditions, reflect the results of pollution control, and implement environmental management and decision-making. In the past, environmental monitoring equipment in China mainly relied on imports, with high price, high maintenance cost and limited monitoring indicators, which could not meet the needs of environmental monitoring and scientific research. This direction is aimed at the key problems in water, atmosphere, soil and groundwater environment online monitoring. After theoretical innovation, technical breakthrough and promotion and application of the system about 10 years, the automatic sampling and pretreatment, detection methods, equipment integrated three core technology systems were constructed, and series intelligent automatic monitoring equipment and monitoring early warning system were developed, with independent intellectual property rights, to meet the requirements of national standard.
