Study on Soil Remediation Technology & Equipment for Contaminated Sites

   土壤是人类社会生产活动的重要物质基础,是不可缺少、难以再生的自然资源。2014年公布的《全国土壤污染状况调查公报》显示,耕地土壤点位超标率近20%,企业用地、工业废弃地、采矿区等土壤点位超标率高于30%,如此严重的土壤污染形式已严重威胁农产品质量安全与公众健康。本方向针对铜、钨、金等江西典型矿区周边重金属污染土壤,以绿色、安全、无污染修复为目标,开展土壤污染、地球化学过程和生态效应研究,并在此基础上研发了土壤污染绿色高效生物修复技术与装备,取得了理论、方法、工艺和装备的系统创新。发明了生物淋洗-能源植物联合生态修复技术,利用超累积植物促生内生菌作为生物淋洗剂的主要活性成分,在实现土壤重金属污染去除的同时,克服了传统淋洗技术对土壤结构及肥力破坏的缺点。发明了基于双抗型(抗污染、抗堵塞)离子印迹材料所研制的洗脱液处理回收新工艺与装备,可同时达到分别回收再利用洗脱液与重金属离子的目的,进一步增强生物淋洗技术的实际应用价值。提出了将修复后能源植物炭化作为冶金等行业的还原剂和能源返回冶炼系统,可解决土壤重金属污染的最终去向问题。本方面的相关技术成果已成功应用于江西省多个重金属污染土壤修复项目,产生了显著环境与社会效益。

  Soil is an important material basis for human society's production activities, and it is an indispensable and difficult to regenerate natural resource. The National Soil Pollution Status Survey Bulletin published in 2014 shows that the proportion of polluted cultivated field was over standard rate by about 20%, and that of enterprise land, industrial wasteland and mining area were over standard rate by 30%, such severe soil pollution have seriously threatened the quality and safety of agricultural products and public health. Our research is aimed at the soil which was polluted by heavy metals such as copper, tungsten and gold around the typical mining areas in Jiangxi province. The research on soil pollution, geochemical processes and ecological effects is carried out with the goal of green, safe and pollution-free restoration. On this basis, the soil pollution green high-efficiency bioremediation technology and equipment have been developed, and the system innovation of theory, method, process and equipment has been achieved. We invented the technology combined bioleaching-energy crops with ecological restoration, in which super-accumulated plants were used to promote endophytic bacteria as the main active ingredient of the biological eluent. The stated-above technology realized the removal of soil heavy metal pollution, simultaneously overcame the shortcomings of traditional leaching technology on soil structure and fertility damage. Furthermore, we developed a new process and equipment for eluent treatment and recovery based on double-anti-type (anti-pollution, anti-blocking) ion-imprinted materials, which can simultaneously achieve the purpose of separately recycling and reusing eluent and heavy metal ions, further enhancing the practical application value of bio-rinsing technology. It was proposed that carbonization of energy plants after restoration can be used as a reducing agent and energy returning smelting system in metallurgical industries, which can solve the final problem of destination of heavy metal pollution in soil. The relevant technical achievements in this aspect have been successfully applied to many heavy metal contaminated soil remediation projects in Jiangxi Province, resulting in significant environmental and social benefits.
